I started my weight loss journey back in September 29th 2010. I lost over 62 pounds and then got pregnant and gained over 30 back, I am back on the band wagon again finally after having a difficult pregnancy and suffering from now a heart condition and hypertension. I am currently using herbal life and working out. I incorporate my daughter in my workouts and she loves it! Please follow my journey and feel free to share my story with others!
