Hello Friends and Followers!
Recently, I have been at a standstill on the scale but that doesn't mean I've stopped! I have come to terms with the fact that no matter what my scale shows I will not give up on a healthy lifestyle!! I have been working out 5 days a week, attending school full time, working a full time job and making time for family and friends. Its not an easy task but I figure if I have ten extra minutes to get up and go in the kitchen for food or watch ten minutes of TV then I have ten minutes of time to work out! I still have my critics and the negativity around me but I know that I just have to keep pushing myself and try my best to ignore them. I love the fact that I have a great support system in my life who just keep pushing me along and won't let me give up. I am thankful for them in so many ways. My husband has been great over the past 11 months with helping me along this journey- he has had to see me cry several times, helped me when I got injured with some workouts, hes helped me prep my meals and has even had to deal with my new eating habits.

Some of my other supporters are my workout buddies- Rob G. & Jaime, Rob G. is such a huge inspiration in my life he has his own weight loss journey of losing 300 pounds in one year. He is right on track and hes such a great friend to me. He puts things into perspective when I need that extra kick and he has taught me when I feel like giving up on a work out to say to myself "FINISH" and I now use this when I work out it seems to help most when I workout alone and maybe sometimes I want to give up but I don't! Jaime is also on her own journey as well, I am lucky to have these two people to assist me in my journey and to be apart of their journeys as well. My trainer Duilio has been kicking our booty's during our workouts and we are grateful & sore but we know that this is exactly what we all need.

In ending this post remember when your life seems to be a little hectic or stressful that working out will help you have a better mental health state. I know I always feel better after working out espically when I have my partners to help me push along. I saw this quote online the other day-
