Hello Friends and Followers:
Hope everyone had a great Holiday Season!! I am back on the grind this week, going back to the gym and trying to stay focused on my nutrition I know what to do it merely putting back in action! I need to step up my water intake again I am slacking on that. I just started three new classes today and needless to say there is a ton of homework/classwork so I need to try my best to make it to the gym in the mornings. Starting next week that will be my number 1 goal is getting my cardio done in the mornings, I am also starting to train again but with my old trainer Jon and I am so utterly excited because he was the one who helped me lose the first 37.5 pounds and I know with his help again and his motivation skills he uses with me that anything is possible. I just want to thank everyone again for supporting my journey!
