What’s the difference whether you make it a cheat or a choice?
The difference is how the decision to treat yourself will make you feel. Making it a choice gives you the upper hand and tells you that you’re still in charge. You wanted to eat a something high-calorie or unhealthy, so you did. Saying it’s a choice gives you the food awareness you need to have a healthy relationship with food. Saying it’s a cheat, on the other hand, will give you feelings of failure. Really, just the negative tone of the word is enough to make you feel bad about yourself. But if you say that eating something you normally would decide against was a choice you willingly made, you won’t have to “get back on track” because you were never off track in the first place.

Why I do what I do....
Who would have known I could love another human being as much as I love her!!! My main reason for wanting to be healthy, having pre-clampsia when I was pregnant put us both at risk and still now I am having to battle with high blood pressure and now a onset heart condition. Yes I want to look skinny but most importantly be HEALTHY. Isabella is my world now and she needs a happy & healthy mommy!
Recently I have joined the Weight Watchers team, I need to get a hold on my food first before embarking on a work out regimin - having a C section and still having some pain down near my incision area doctor's orders are to try light workouts first such as walking. I plan that in the near future once I graduate from college to then hire my trainer Jon again to help me lose the rest of my weight. I can't thank all my followers and supporters during this time and the words of encouragement have been remarkable.
