Hello Friends and Followers,
Last week I spoke with a reporter from the Palm Beach Post because they were doing a story on DV in our community. Here is my story and i hope it helps other young women who are going through a similar situation to give them the strength to walk away.

real beauty ...
Having real beauty is not about accepting your size and weight.
It is about having confidence in your freckles, dark skin, red hair, a big forehead, a few pimples, braces, stubby fingers, chubby cheeks, crooked teeth, short legs, wide hips, small breasts, a long torso, a flat butt, wide shoulders, big ears, pale skin, big pores, or whatever it may be that makes you you.
So you’ve accepted your weight? But That’s half the battle. Love your body’s quirks as well. And love other people’s quirks. Individuality is beautiful.

be your own champion...
Today- I was browsing the internet and I came across this saying, it inspired me so I wanted to share it with my readers!
"People love you. They do, and they always will. But in the end, you must be your own champion. The only person who can truly teach the world about your marvelous, sensual, graceful, unique, lovely, and undeniably beautiful self is YOU. When you believe you’re beautiful, the world believes right along with you.
Loving yourself is hard. It’s work. It’s never-ending and there are a thousand forces working against your success. But believe me when I say it is worth the effort. You are worth the effort. Put that effort forth and you will be dazzled by the world of opportunity that unfolds before you."

My Infamous Meet with My Nutritionist....After two months of not going!!!!
Hello Friends and Followers!
Well, after my whole personal trainer incident I made a wise choice and get back with Principal Nutrition since my financial standpoint has increased a tad. I met with Eric today on my lunch hour to do my weigh in and discuss my meals and mindset. Apparently, I slipped back a tad I went from eating five small meals a day back to three meals….NOT GOOD PEOPLE! My emotions have been controlling my food choices lately again- NOT GOOD! I have taken ownership for those choices and regarding my emotional eating well needless to say this will always be a struggle for me! The scale said I weighed in at 170 pounds from my previous weight of 165 pounds. When he put me on the machine they use it showed I gained muscle and my fat percentage increased however it kinda washed itself out. Meaning I really only gained fat by 2 pounds the other weight was fluid and muscle intake. So I didn’t put too much stress on myself for my weight gain….but any weight gain is not a good thing! So I am taking action yet again I will be increasing my water even more, getting back to the five small meals and LOGGING MY FOOD!! I can’t stress this enough logging food keeps you accountable, maybe that’s why I stopped but I can’t stop any more! Finally, I need to be honest here SPIN Classes SCARE ME!! No idea why I literally walk to the door and immediately run away, but no more Eric assured me I can handle a spin class. He told me to take a class from now until Sunday so that he gets my booty moving! I am still super nervous but I will do it!! My next meeting & weigh in will next Wednesday, I will keep you posted on my success because there will be no failures here!!!
Thanks for supporting me!
