Tonight I had a great workout with my friend Rob G. & Our personal trainer Duilio, We did a mixture of workouts but mainly focused on BOXING! Yes, BOXING....This is my mostttt favorite thing to do! I was introduced to boxing back in September 2010 and immediately fell in love with it. Boxing is great cardio and you burn lots of calories, you can use this to channel your aggression, daily frustrations and stressors. I know it sounds weird but boxing always makes me feel so much better after I am done with it.
Yup I am girly and tough...I can rock stillettos and pink boxing gloves and still kick your booty! LOL...
I have to say I think I have a pretty mean left hook but I'm just saying....
A little fun fact about boxing is that you can burn up to 400 calories just doing it for an hour!
